Welcome to Yadavsamaj.in, the No.1 Yadavsamaj.in Services Provider for Yadavsamaj. In order to use the Yadavsamaj.in Site (“Site”), you must register as a member of the Site (“Member”).The Member or any users using the Site agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the Yadavsamaj.in service (“Service”), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process. 1. Eligibility. 1. Term. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Yadavsamaj.in. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees.

   • Yadavsamaj.in reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of a member based on such review.
   • Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Yadavsamaj.in. Yadavsamaj.in reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
   • You cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Yadavsamaj.in Members.
   • Content Posted on the Site. You understand and agree that Yadavsamaj.in may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, “Content”) that in the sole judgment of Yadavsamaj.in violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either Yadavsamaj.in and/or its Members.
   • Member Disputes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Yadavsamaj.in Members. Yadavsamaj.in reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
   • Privacy. Use of the Yadavsamaj.in Site and/or the Yadavsamaj.in Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
   • Disclaimers. Yadavsamaj.in is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the Yadavsamaj.in Service.
   • Disputes. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Delhi, India only.

A user/visitor/Member can not spread harasses, incites harassment or advocates harassment of another any group or individual.

Yadavsamaj.in acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post resumes and does not screen or censor the listings offered. The Company is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, the Company has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY YADAVSAMAJ.IN SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY YADAVSAMAJ.IN SITE AND ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS.
